Welcome to Yogabellies with Ellie! So happy to have you along on this journey of all things bump, birth and beyond. Yogabellies with Ellie is more than a yoga, birth preparation, or mum and baby class. It is a space for all women in all stages of life. It is a space where you can learn, grow, and be supported as you embrace each new step of Motherhood with a calm confidence and a certain ommmm about you. We don’t just ‘do classes’ we build a community of mums.

My name is Ellie and I am the founder of  Yogabellies with Ellie and The Om Moms Club. The Om Moms Club is the sister company out in Dubai but also is here to help you with all your Hypnobirthing and birth preparation needs!

I am a 200-hour qualified yoga teacher (currently studying another 300 hrs) specialising in pre and postnatal, and Women’s yoga. I am also a qualified Hypnobirthing instructor,  baby massage teacher and kids yoga teacher, and I am a mum too! A mum with an interest in building a community of like minded mums and conquering the journey together.

Whatever part of your journey we are here to guide and support you. I say ‘we’ as Yogabellies with Ellie is a small team of qualified Yogabellies teachers and I will introduce you to them too.

Two practical workshops which are delivered online and interactive and are designed to get you ready and prepared for birth. Very different to your hospital antenatal classes but where you learn the practicalities of what to do, how to lead birth down a  journey of your choice, and how to prepare together. Both these workshops are very different and you can attend one of both. Or why not come along for Hypnobirthing and these two workshops are included in your course. Get ready, feel ready and be ready. Confidence and empowerment here we come! Online course where you get to join in. Plus join a group of parents to be to chat to throughout your pregnancy and beyond.

Mum and Baby Yoga

Yogabellies Mum and Baby Yoga

Have you had a baby and are looking for a class where you and your baby can have fun together? This class is for baby and it is for you too!  We offer the amazingly famous Yogabellies weekly classes which are specifically designed for Mums and new babies. This is a fun and active class with yoga for baby, yoga for two and yoga for Mum. For baby there are simple stretches to help build strength and flexibility (and also help aid, relieve gas and colic and help baby sleep!), yoga poses for two to connect and move together and yoga for Mum focusing on rebuilding the muscles and areas affected when pregnant and giving birth (back, abs and pelvic floor!) All this and so much more. These classes are run in blocks (single classes offered too) so you can enjoy the journey and meet your new mum friends too.

Nurturing touch is oh so important in the early stages so cuddle your baby, use skin to skin, boost your relaxation hormones and massage your baby.  We offer the amazingly famous Yogabellies classes which are specifically designed for Mums and new babies. We are here for you in the early stages to help transition into your new wonderful life as a Mum. This is a time to connect, nurture and bond with your little one. In our classes you will learn how to safely massage your baby whilst spending time to bond, help induce relaxation into your baby, and relax together. So much going on all in complete zen. And don’t worry if you think your baby is not zen this is why you are coming to the class! These classes are run in blocks so you can enjoy the journey (single classes offered too) and meet your new mum friends too.
